# Export Enrichment

> Enrichment columns and credit costs for exports.

Standard export fields are **free**. Enrichment columns cost credits because Recruitcha performs additional work — email verification and AI-generated pitch content scoped to the job or hiring manager.

## Standard fields (free)

* Name, company, title, LinkedIn URL
* Job title (role being hired for)
* Apply URL

## Paid enrichment columns

| Verified email                          | 1 credit per hiring manager    |
| AI pitch fields (job-scoped)            | 0.5 credits per job            |
| AI pitch fields (hiring-manager-scoped) | 0.5 credits per hiring manager |

Fractional costs round **up** when charged to your balance.

## Before you export

The export modal shows a credit estimate based on your selected columns and the number of hiring managers in scope. Job Listening and Market Mapping runs also show **up to X credits** estimates before sourcing begins.

AI-generated pitch fields help personalize outbound in Instantly or HeyReach using job context Recruitcha already mapped — role title, company, and hiring manager details.
