# Export Overview

> Export hiring manager data to your outreach stack.

Recruitcha is your **signals and data layer**. After hiring managers are sourced, you export them to the tools where you already run outreach — Instantly, HeyReach, Aimfox, Google Sheets, Atlas, or a CSV for your ATS.

Recruitcha does **not** send LinkedIn sequences or manage reply inboxes. Export is the handoff point from signals to your outbound stack.

## Export workflow

  <Step title="Open a signal">
    From your signal view, click **Export Data**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose fields">
    Select standard fields (free) and optional enrichment columns (credits).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose destination">
    CSV, Google Sheets, Instantly, HeyReach, Aimfox, or Atlas.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Export or enable auto-stream">
    Run a one-time export, or turn on auto-stream to push new hiring managers automatically (all destinations except CSV).
  </Step>

## Standard fields (free)

* Name, company, title, LinkedIn URL
* Job title (the role they are hiring for)
* Apply URL
