# Recruitcha FAQ: LinkedIn Outreach, Avatars, and Campaigns

  Recruitcha GTM is an always-on **signals and data layer** for agency recruiters doing their own BD. It monitors hiring activity, maps hiring managers to open roles, and exports enriched data to Instantly, HeyReach, Aimfox, Google Sheets, Atlas, or CSV.

  No. Recruitcha sources and exports hiring manager data. You run outreach in Instantly, HeyReach, Aimfox, or your ATS.

<Accordion title="What signal types can I create?">
  **Job Listening**, **Market Mapping**, and **Monitor Connections**. Monitor Funding Events is coming soon. Legacy Custom List and MPC Pitch signals cannot be created for new signals.

  CSV, Google Sheets, Instantly, HeyReach, Aimfox, and Atlas. Auto-stream pushes new hiring managers automatically (except CSV).

  When enabled, new hiring managers from a signal are sent automatically to your connected export destination so your sequencer stays fed without manual exports.

<Accordion title="Do I need LinkedIn connected?">
  Only for **Monitor Connections**, which scans hiring keywords in posts from your connections. Job Listening and Market Mapping do not require LinkedIn for sourcing.

  Job Listening typically returns the first hiring managers within one business day after launch. Monitor Connections surfaces posts as they are detected in the 24-hour scan window.
