# Intelligence: Ranked warm paths into hiring companies

> See warm intros, already-connected hiring managers, network employers, and hiring posts ranked by how easily you can get in.

**Opportunities** ranks the strongest paths from your LinkedIn network into companies that are hiring. Open it at [app.recruitcha.ai/intelligence](https://app.recruitcha.ai/intelligence).

Unlike **Signals**, which source hiring managers from job posts and connection listening, Opportunities answers a different question: *who in my network can get me into a hiring company right now?*

## Before you start

Opportunities requires a connected LinkedIn account. If LinkedIn is disconnected, the page shows a connect prompt and does not surface previously saved rows.

Connect LinkedIn from the Intelligence empty state, or in **Settings → Integrations**.

## Intelligence opportunity types

| Type                  | What it means                                                                                           |
| --------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Warm intro**        | Someone in your network works at a company you are already watching for open roles                      |
| **Already connected** | The hiring manager for a role is already a 1st-degree LinkedIn connection                               |
| **Network is hiring** | A company where someone in your network works is hiring — even if you are not watching that company yet |
| **Hiring post**       | A connection posted a hiring signal picked up by [Monitor Connections](/campaigns/monitor-connections)  |

Each row includes a score, the connection, their title, the hiring company, what they are hiring for, and short **Why** pills (for example likely hiring manager, prior dialogue, or warm intro).

## How scoring works

* **Warm intros / already connected / network is hiring** — higher scores mean a stronger path in: likely hiring manager, prior dialogue, and network match.
* **Hiring posts** — ranked by freshness; newer posts score higher.

Filter by type or search by name, company, or role to focus the feed.

## What to do with an opportunity

    Mark as done when you have taken action, or dismiss opportunities that are not a fit. Dismissed and completed items leave the active feed.

    Keep [Fresh Jobs](/campaigns/job-listening), [Stale Jobs](/campaigns/stale-jobs), and [Monitor Connections](/campaigns/monitor-connections) running so Opportunities stays fresh as new jobs and hiring posts appear.

<Tip>
  Opportunities stays useful even when a Fresh Jobs or Stale Jobs signal is paused — Recruitcha can still listen for jobs in the background so network matches stay current. Monitor Connections hiring posts also feed this page.
