Create a Fresh Jobs signal
From Signals, click Create Signal and choose Fresh Jobs.Configure your search:
- Job Filters — job titles, location, job type, workplace type
- Company Filters — industry, company size, and other firmographics
- Hiring Manager Filters — seniority and title patterns for decision-makers
- Export — choose fields, enrichment columns, and destination (CSV, Google Sheets, Instantly, HeyReach, Aimfox, or Atlas)

Launch
Review your filters and credit estimate, then click Launch. Recruitcha GTM scans 50+ ATS sources on a 24-hour cycle. Expect the first hiring managers within one business day.Each contact includes who they are, what role they are hiring for, and where the job is posted.

Review hiring managers
Open Hiring Managers to browse sourced contacts across all signals. Filter by signal, search by role or company, and open a profile to see hiring history and LinkedIn activity.

Export or auto-stream
If you configured export during setup, new hiring managers flow to your destination automatically. You can also export anytime from a signal or from the Hiring Managers table.
- Standard fields (free) — name, company, title, LinkedIn URL, job title, apply URL
- Enrichment (credits) — verified email, AI pitch fields
- Auto-stream — push new hiring managers automatically (all destinations except CSV)
