Before you launch your first signal, set up your workspace and understand how credits work. Recruitcha is a data and signals platform — you export hiring managers to your own outreach tools rather than sending messages from inside Recruitcha.

Create your account

Go to app.recruitcha.ai/register to sign up. After confirming your email, you land on the Recruitcha dashboard with 1,000 free credits on the Solo plan.

Connect export integrations

To stream hiring managers to an external tool, connect your integration under Settings before exporting:
  • Instantly — API key + target campaign
  • HeyReach — API connection
  • Aimfox — API key + workspace
  • Google Sheets — Google account authorization
  • Atlas — integration connection
CSV export requires no connection — download a file directly from the export modal.

LinkedIn for Monitor Connections

If you use Monitor Connections, connect your LinkedIn account so Recruitcha can scan posts from your 1st-degree connections for hiring keywords. Job Listening and Market Mapping do not require LinkedIn for sourcing.
Recruitcha does not send LinkedIn sequences from the product. Outbound messaging happens in Instantly, HeyReach, Aimfox, or your ATS after you export data.

Workspace settings

Under Settings → Profile, set your timezone so signal run timestamps and billing cycles align with your working hours. Workspace owners manage billing, credit top-ups, and plan changes under Settings → Billing. Members can create signals and export data but cannot purchase credits.

Upgrade when you are ready

Start on Solo to validate signal targeting and export workflows. Upgrade to Pro or Pro+ when you need more monthly credits and active signal slots. Open Settings → Billing or use in-app upgrade prompts.
