How it works
Recruitcha scans ATS sources
Job posts from the past 30 days seed the signal, then new postings are checked every 24 hours.
Filters are applied
Job title keywords, location, job type, workplace type, company filters, and hiring manager filters narrow results to your niche.
Hiring managers are mapped to jobs
Each result includes the hiring manager profile linked to the specific job they are hiring for — title, apply URL, and company context.
Create a Job Listening signal
Create Signal → Job Listening
Open app.recruitcha.ai and click Create Signal.
Configure Job Filters
Set job titles (for example, Software Engineer, Head of Sales), location, job type, and workplace type.
Configure Company and Hiring Manager Filters
Narrow by industry, company size, and hiring manager seniority or title patterns.
Credit costs
| Action | Credits |
|---|---|
| Each hiring manager sourced | 1 credit |
| Work email returned for that hiring manager | +1 credit |
Best practices
- Run separate signals per niche so filters and export destinations stay focused
- Review sourced hiring managers weekly and pause signals that produce irrelevant titles
- Pair Job Listening with auto-stream to Instantly or HeyReach so your sequencer always has fresh intent
