Job Listening is Recruitcha’s core always-on signal. Every 24 hours, Recruitcha scans 50+ applicant tracking systems — including Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS, Ashby, BambooHR, Jobvite, and more — for job postings that match your filters. For each match, Recruitcha identifies the hiring manager, maps them to the open role, and adds them to your signal feed ready to export.

How it works

1

Recruitcha scans ATS sources

Job posts from the past 30 days seed the signal, then new postings are checked every 24 hours.
2

Filters are applied

Job title keywords, location, job type, workplace type, company filters, and hiring manager filters narrow results to your niche.
3

Hiring managers are mapped to jobs

Each result includes the hiring manager profile linked to the specific job they are hiring for — title, apply URL, and company context.
4

You export to your stack

Push hiring managers to CSV, Google Sheets, Instantly, HeyReach, Aimfox, or Atlas. Use auto-stream to send new matches automatically.

Create a Job Listening signal

1

Create Signal → Job Listening

Open app.recruitcha.ai and click Create Signal.
2

Configure Job Filters

Set job titles (for example, Software Engineer, Head of Sales), location, job type, and workplace type.
3

Configure Company and Hiring Manager Filters

Narrow by industry, company size, and hiring manager seniority or title patterns.
4

Launch

Name your signal and launch. First results typically appear within one business day.

Credit costs

ActionCredits
Each hiring manager sourced1 credit
Work email returned for that hiring manager+1 credit
You are not charged for runs that return zero new hiring managers.
A job posted in the last 24 hours is one of the strongest BD signals available. Export hiring managers quickly and reach out while the role is top of mind.

Best practices

  • Run separate signals per niche so filters and export destinations stay focused
  • Review sourced hiring managers weekly and pause signals that produce irrelevant titles
  • Pair Job Listening with auto-stream to Instantly or HeyReach so your sequencer always has fresh intent
