Create your account

After onboarding at app.recruitcha.ai/onboarding, you can create up to 5 active campaigns on the free Solo plan, which includes 1000 credits to get started.Your credit balance appears in the portal header and under Settings → Billing.

Create a Job Listening signal

From the dashboard, click Create Signal and choose Job Listening.Configure your search:
  • Job Filters — job titles, location, job type, workplace type
  • Company Filters — industry, company size, and other firmographics
  • Hiring Manager Filters — seniority and title patterns for decision-makers
Give the signal a clear name (for example, Software Engineers — SF Bay Area).

Launch the signal

Review your filters and launch. Recruitcha scans 50+ ATS sources on a 24-hour cycle. Expect the first hiring managers within one business day.Each contact includes who they are, what role they are hiring for, and where the job is posted.

Export hiring managers

Open your signal and click Export Data. Choose:
  • Standard fields (free) — name, company, title, LinkedIn URL, job title, apply URL
  • Enrichment (credits) — verified email, AI pitch fields
  • Destination — CSV, Google Sheets, Instantly, HeyReach, Aimfox, or Atlas
Enable Auto-stream to push new hiring managers automatically to a connected destination (all except CSV).

Run outreach in your stack

Recruitcha delivers the data; you run sequences and replies in Instantly, HeyReach, Aimfox, or your ATS. Check the dashboard for newly sourced hiring managers and hiring posts from Monitor Connections signals.
