Signal not sourcing hiring managers

  1. Check signal status — ensure the signal is active, not paused
  2. Review filters — overly narrow job titles or locations often return zero results; broaden one filter at a time
  3. Wait one cycle — Job Listening runs every 24 hours; first results may take one business day
  4. Credits — at zero balance, signals pause automatically. Top up or upgrade in Settings → Billing

Job Listening returns irrelevant contacts

Tighten Hiring Manager Filters (seniority, title patterns) or narrow Company Filters. Remove overly broad job title synonyms.

Market Mapping estimate seems high

Review filters before running. The up to X credits preview reflects maximum possible matches — actual spend depends on results returned.

Export issues

Integration not connected

Connect Instantly, HeyReach, Aimfox, Google Sheets, or Atlas under Settings before selecting that destination in the export modal.

Instantly campaign not listed

Verify your API key and that the campaign exists in Instantly. Refresh the campaign list in the export modal.

Auto-stream not sending new contacts

Confirm auto-stream is enabled for the signal, the integration is still connected, and you have credits remaining. CSV exports never auto-stream.

Export blocked for insufficient credits

Enrichment columns require credits. Export standard fields only, top up credits, or remove paid columns.

Monitor Connections

No hiring posts detected

  • Confirm LinkedIn is connected under Settings
  • Expand hiring keywords to include conversational phrases (know anyone who, referrals welcome)
  • Ensure your connection network is large enough to generate post volume

Billing

Credits reset unexpectedly

Pro and Pro+ reset every 30 days — unused credits do not roll over. Solo credits do not reset monthly.

Member cannot top up

Only workspace owners can purchase credits or change plans. Ask your owner to top up or upgrade.

Still stuck?

Contact support with your workspace name, signal name, approximate time of the issue, and screenshots of any error messages. Credit usage is logged in a ledger for investigation.
